Purchased 2 pair one pair is not correct size and they refuse to honor return policy for correct size or refund.

Ordered the wrong size and when I tried to change the size ( within an hour of ordering ) I was not only denied but treated with disdain. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Horrible service
I ordered these slippers specifically for the "like walking on a cloud" sole. I am battling plantar fasciitis and needed more cushion. When I got the slippers, my first thought was that they looked cute, like expected ...next thought was that the chemical smell was SO strong that it gave me a headache so I didn't put them on. I e-mailed them and all they said was "we apologize, air them out" I aired them out for a whole week and when I finally put them on, the sole felt no better than my old slippers...maybe even less cushion🤷🏽♀️
Since there is no customer service contact number, I e-mailed again, this time asking for a refund because the Slippers were of no use to me. I finally got a response stating that in there review of this, "you were sent the slippers that were described so no refund or return."
They were described as "like walking on a cloud" and they are nowhere close to that.
My advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I gave one star ONLY because they looked cute.

The slippers are super cute. The toe bed is nice and wide and they are true to size. They are warm. I am giving it 3 stars because the foot bed is not really supportive and they are not comfortable for standing long periods of time in the kitchen.
If i could give minus 5- I would. There is no way these shoes are 4.7 star rating. They are lying. Check the 1 star comments before u buy
Well i got shoes and didn't like the way they fit. But evidently thats not good enough to return them. I mean why else would I return. So beware.

When they did finally respond their excuse was sorry we were busy and the order shipped despite numerous emails and online contact form requests to do so. Other buyers documented similar experiences!! Had to get my bank involved. BUYER BEWARE of thr AI generated content and misleading information!! This is a dropship site that ships from China where these are made despite listing Marseille France as it location. Buy at your own risk! Read the real reviews on independent review sites not the false claims on Pluffi!!
I ordered two different sizes not knowing what would fit .. I needed to exchange one pair for a smaller size. I was denied… unless the item came defective the company will not exchange for the correct size. Not a good company to order with…
Waited almost a month for them to arrive, and when I opened up the package, the chemical smell was horrible. I thought it was just a bag, but when I took the slippers out, the smell hit me right in the face. Both slippers smelled like a chemical was poured on them.. I have messaged emailed several times to the company and he only replied that I got so far was air them out for a few days now I’m not going to air out chemical smelling slippers. I’m not gonna put chemical smelling slippers on my feet, I don’t even know what chemical this is.. II told fluffy in all my emails and messages that I want to refund I need instruct get a refund haven’t heard back. I would never purchase from this company ever again very poor customer service.. states reply within 24 hour business days that’s a joke because out of maybe six communications that I sent them I received that one reply that simply stated to air them out for a few days. So that’s their communication just air them out for a few days.. I will write another email stating that I am still waiting for return instructions. Where am I supposed to send these back to because I want a absolute full refund full refund everything that they took for me I want back that includes shipping taxes everything they sold the product that I cannot wear or do not want to wear because it smells like a chemical was either poured on it or they were dipped in it one or the other..
Good luck on returning. I CANNOT GET ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY TO GET BACK TO ME. No customer service whatsoever so ever. So only buy if you are Sure you won’t have to return or you will be stuck with them.

I went on the site and ordered the brown size women’s 10.5-11.5. For some reason when I bought them the size was changed to size 2-3. So I emailed them right away, it took 2 weeks for them to finally get back to me. Basically without getting into a long story they will not refund me or send me the right size. I even told them I would send the wrong size back to them. I haven’t heard back from them and I have a feeling I won’t hear from them. I’m very disappointed and will never buy from them ever again! What am I gonna do with a size 2-3?? It was a Christmas present for my daughter, now I’m out the money I paid for them. Horrible customer service!

I ordered two weeks ago due to having plantar fasciitis. I just got the slippers today and they are cute...but I can't wear them because they have a very strong chemical smell. So strong it gives me a headache. Slippers should not smell like that. It does not make me want to put them on my skin. I am not happy :(

I bought these slippers for both of my sons and they LOVE ❤️ them. My one son wears them outdoors mowing the lawn, washing the car and running errands around town. At the time, I bought them 2 pairs but I am going to buy my one son another pair. . I also got a pair of them for my daughter-in-law. It seems that whoever I buy them for, loves them. BEST slippers EVER.
