I am incredibly disappointed! They look like giant clown shoes and reek of chemicals! For the price I was expecting much higher quality. On the soles the strings are all lose! It looks and smells like cheap overpriced product. I bought 2 pair one red and one black and both just as disappointing.
I found my slippers for the rest of my life.
I got 2 pairs. One for my mom and one for my sister. They said it’s like walking on air. Super comfy and so cute. I’m about to order me and my nephew a pair now. Highly recommend!
Slippers had blue markings on white part.. contacted customer support x3 times and no response..

Purchased 2 pair one pair is not correct size and they refuse to honor return policy for correct size or refund.

These slippers came at least two sizes too small they say true to size they are not I can’t even get my foot in I’m women’s 9-10 or mens 81/2- 9 I have no faith in customer service they also have a bit of a chemical smell

The walking on a cloud sole is a joke! My old, cheap slippers have more cushion. I tried to get a refund and they said no because I got the item I asked for. No, I asked for cushioned soles, which was the only reason I ordered them! Also, I had to wait for a week to even try them on so they could air out on my porch chair...because the smelled SO strong of chemicals. Very unhappy and do not recommend. 🤨
I accidentally clicked the wrong size so I have been trying to get support to return an email to me for over a week and a half. I just want to exchange for size but there is no customer support at all. Only option is email and no one replies. Terrible customer service.
Luckily, I read several reviews and several people mentioned that they do run small, and suggest you need to order the next size up! I did order the next size up as suggested and there fine.
If my feet were much bigger though, even the next size up would be too small. So, I'm saying they are not true to size, and I also suggest, to order the next size up. They are comfortable though!
I bought these slippers because I thought they would be really comfortable and warm. They are warm, but they have very little support. The soles of the slippers are as described except they also squeak when you're walking on a floor that doesn't have a rug on it. I and others in my family who had to listen to my every step found it very annoying. But apparently these reasons are not enough for the makers of Pluffi slippers to allow for a return. The slipper actually has to have something wrong with it in the way it's make. This amounts to them saying that they really don't take returns. They should clearly state their return policy before time of purchase. What a waste of money!!
They did not give me a chance to choose a 2nd color, so I hope they got my e-mail cancelling the 2nd pair or get a hold of me & let me change. Thank you, Cindy Daves
Received what I ordered but they run small. I've made numerous requests as to how I can return/exchange. Very disappointed.
Can’t return for correct size. I’d suggest you buy size larger than you wear!
Order the slippers and never received. Was told they had been delivered and was then told they have not been delivered. Then received a response that it would be delivered in 4 to 12 days. I then put in tracking number and says order not found. No communication, no phone number to call. I paid for the shoes and frustrated. Also noticed all the reviews are positive, I then put in a negative review and was removed.
ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM, IF I DO'T HEAR ANYTHING BY 30/10 GOING TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK

Ordered the wrong size and when I tried to change the size ( within an hour of ordering ) I was not only denied but treated with disdain. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Horrible service
I ordered these slippers specifically for the "like walking on a cloud" sole. I am battling plantar fasciitis and needed more cushion. When I got the slippers, my first thought was that they looked cute, like expected ...next thought was that the chemical smell was SO strong that it gave me a headache so I didn't put them on. I e-mailed them and all they said was "we apologize, air them out" I aired them out for a whole week and when I finally put them on, the sole felt no better than my old slippers...maybe even less cushion🤷🏽♀️
Since there is no customer service contact number, I e-mailed again, this time asking for a refund because the Slippers were of no use to me. I finally got a response stating that in there review of this, "you were sent the slippers that were described so no refund or return."
They were described as "like walking on a cloud" and they are nowhere close to that.
My advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I gave one star ONLY because they looked cute.

The slippers are super cute. The toe bed is nice and wide and they are true to size. They are warm. I am giving it 3 stars because the foot bed is not really supportive and they are not comfortable for standing long periods of time in the kitchen.
If i could give minus 5- I would. There is no way these shoes are 4.7 star rating. They are lying. Check the 1 star comments before u buy
Well i got shoes and didn't like the way they fit. But evidently thats not good enough to return them. I mean why else would I return. So beware.

When they did finally respond their excuse was sorry we were busy and the order shipped despite numerous emails and online contact form requests to do so. Other buyers documented similar experiences!! Had to get my bank involved. BUYER BEWARE of thr AI generated content and misleading information!! This is a dropship site that ships from China where these are made despite listing Marseille France as it location. Buy at your own risk! Read the real reviews on independent review sites not the false claims on Pluffi!!
I ordered two different sizes not knowing what would fit .. I needed to exchange one pair for a smaller size. I was denied… unless the item came defective the company will not exchange for the correct size. Not a good company to order with…
Waited almost a month for them to arrive, and when I opened up the package, the chemical smell was horrible. I thought it was just a bag, but when I took the slippers out, the smell hit me right in the face. Both slippers smelled like a chemical was poured on them.. I have messaged emailed several times to the company and he only replied that I got so far was air them out for a few days now I’m not going to air out chemical smelling slippers. I’m not gonna put chemical smelling slippers on my feet, I don’t even know what chemical this is.. II told fluffy in all my emails and messages that I want to refund I need instruct get a refund haven’t heard back. I would never purchase from this company ever again very poor customer service.. states reply within 24 hour business days that’s a joke because out of maybe six communications that I sent them I received that one reply that simply stated to air them out for a few days. So that’s their communication just air them out for a few days.. I will write another email stating that I am still waiting for return instructions. Where am I supposed to send these back to because I want a absolute full refund full refund everything that they took for me I want back that includes shipping taxes everything they sold the product that I cannot wear or do not want to wear because it smells like a chemical was either poured on it or they were dipped in it one or the other..
Good luck on returning. I CANNOT GET ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY TO GET BACK TO ME. No customer service whatsoever so ever. So only buy if you are Sure you won’t have to return or you will be stuck with them.
